This was my first time at Kaitlyn Nails & Spa and it was an all around AMAZING experience. Everyone I talked to was helpful and friendly. My nails came out so stunning, thanks Rose, for the beautiful designs!! And my feet are softer than they’ve been in months from the super relaxing pedicure. I’ll definitely be back. This was our first time going there and it’s going to be my last and my sister’s last because I wasn’t expecting to spend this much just to get our nails done it’s just ridiculous. That’s outrageous.

Visiting from Orlando i decided to visit kathlyn spa for a Pedicure. I am always hesitant first of all. I’m very picky with cleanliness and I’m extremely sensitive when a technician is too rough. I can only speak highly of my experience. The Spa very clean they use liners and clean tools. Helen was truly five stars. The pedicure was thorough, but gentle. I upgraded with extra massage time and she gave a great massage with pressure points and hot stones. I went out, completely relaxed and renewed. I will be back Thank you for making cleanliness your number one priority!

It was an amazing experience I loved the people there and my nails have never looked better. the nail art is super pretty and I would seriously recommend this salon and stylist.

I had a very painful ingrown toenail because of the way the last tech, Jennifer, cut my tonails. Lily did an excellent job repairing it and cutting my nail out of my flesh. Please educate Jennifer on the proper way to cut toenails. LILY is the best! Thank you!
